What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and crisis assessments for people age 14 and older
• evaluate psychosocial needs
• coordinate discharge planning, aftercare, and community referrals
• participate in crisis de-escalation and management
• provide emotional co-regulation and support
• conduct in-person assessments and engage with participants
• and collaborate with community providers. May supervise social workers, students, or other staff.
