What you'll do

• Submit initial authorization requests and track payor outcomes
• manage new policy authorization requests when active clients' coverage changes during treatment
• notify payors of non-admissions within contractual timelines
• triage and prioritize daily tasks in the RCM billing system
• complete additional authorization and billing tasks as directed by management.
