Donation Center Coordinator

Job overview

The Donation Center Coordinator role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with pay of $22 per hour. The position supports Peter & Paul Community Services’ Community Campus Donation Center and campus operations. The coordinator manages donated goods and helps maintain an organized, welcoming center where clients can select needed items. The role also supports building operations through housekeeping, event setup, inventory tracking, volunteer coordination, and assistance to the facilities team.

What you'll do

• Receive, sort, inspect, and organize donations
• stock and maintain the Donation Center
• assist clients selecting items
• track visits, distributed items, and inventory
• coordinate access to donated items and recycling pickups
• welcome volunteers
• clean assigned common areas
• prepare rooms for events
• move supplies and furniture
• report facility concerns
• assist with minor repairs within training.
