What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the team

• observe customer interactions and provide feedback
• manage customer wait times
• stay current on products, services, and promotions
• maintain store environment and visual displays
• support store systems, communications, financial results, expenses, discounts, and credits.
