What you'll do

• Assist with patient care, physical examinations, and ancillary tests
• schedule clinic appointments and maintain related scheduling records
• answer phones and relay messages
• prepare patient check-in and medication lists
• collect lab specimens
• operate electrocardiograph and diagnostic equipment
• support compliance, patient enrollment, follow-up, and outreach
• maintain customer service and clinical documentation.
