Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is an onsite, full-time role in Louisville, KY. Compensation is $80,000 per year. The position supports TARC’s technology infrastructure and works with cross-functional teams to support ongoing operations and system reliability. The role exists to maintain stable, secure, and effective technology services across servers, networks, operating systems, and business applications. By monitoring and maintaining systems, resolving technical issues, managing access, and supporting backup and recovery procedures, the administrator helps keep organizational technology available and aligned with TARC’s goals.

What you'll do

• Administer, monitor, and maintain operating systems, virtual servers, and VDI environments
• install, configure, and support computer systems, virtual machines, Microsoft 365 applications, and infrastructure
• manage software, user accounts, roles, and permissions
• troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
• maintain group policies, automation, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
• support voice and data systems
• evaluate technologies
• assist with IT procurement and asset management
• maintain documentation and guide end users
• participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Why this role
