Shipping and Receiving Clerk

What you'll do

• Maintain and update records
• confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and pricing
• supply electronic components to the manufacturing line
• receive goods and verify contents against purchase orders
• prepare and package goods for shipment
• report discrepancies between physical counts and system balances
• operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
• maintain an organized shipping and receiving area
• process shipments through ERP and carrier websites
• prepare labels and traceable shipping documents
• monitor carrier pickups and communicate delays
• coordinate with production and packaging
• support warehouse activities and cross-train across warehouse functions.
