What you'll do

• Partner with families on assessment, treatment planning, interventions, and case management
• learn and apply Trauma Systems Therapy through training, coaching, and consultation
• collaborate with the treatment team, schools, and service providers
• conduct home, office, and field visits
• provide clinically focused case management, advocacy, and referrals
• assess safety and risk and implement crisis and safety plans
• document case activity in required systems
• assist with crisis intervention as needed.
