What you'll do

• Represent venture-backed companies and venture capital funds
• draft and negotiate financing documents from seed through late-stage rounds
• advise emerging companies on formation, governance, securities issuances, and capitalization
• support investor transactions and portfolio matters
• manage diligence and deal execution
• and develop direct client relationships.
