Tech Support Operations Specialist (English and Chinese Preferred)

What you'll do

• Process and manage RMA sales orders in the ERP system
• coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of replacement and repair items
• maintain RMA records
• monitor and forecast inventory
• prepare RMA, inventory, and defective-battery-recycling reports
• process payments in the OA system
• support ERP optimization
• collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve operational issues.
