What you'll do

• Support the Retail Store Manager in meeting goals and increasing sales and donations
• oversee store functional areas
• lead and develop staff
• support merchandising, donation collection, loss prevention, point-of-sale operations, product quality and pricing
• contribute to budgeting and financial reporting
• provide coverage and training at assigned locations
• follow safety standards and policies.
