What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked workstation
• prepare ingredients and supplies
• follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and hygiene standards
• rotate and store food using FIFO
• complete temperature and production logs
• report shortages, quality concerns, and equipment issues
• minimize waste
• assist with staff meals as assigned.
