What you'll do

• Construct, alter, repair, finish, polish, fit, align, and assemble press dies and tooling
• interpret blueprints and sketches
• machine hardened steels, carbide, and other materials
• create fixtures and custom holding devices
• support prototype tooling and corrective actions
• train apprentices and pressroom technicians
• perform preventive maintenance on CNC equipment
• follow environmental health and safety procedures.
