What you'll do

• Manage and supervise tenant care
• conduct comprehensive assessments and establish baseline health status
• create detailed plans of care reflecting individual needs and preferences
• oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel by assessing capabilities, clarifying expectations, and addressing behaviors
• and follow Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Tenants’ Bill of Rights, and the campus QAPI program.
