What you'll do

• Communicate with and counsel patients per physician orders.
• Communicate with physicians and other disciplines.
• Evaluate referral orders for nutrition intake adequacy.
• Document information in medical records.
• Implement nutritional care plans and adapt menus.
• Conduct calorie counts and make recommendations.
• Review and sign off on menus.
