Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain equipment overhaul/replacement intervals.
• Standardize and optimize spare parts inventories.
• Develop equipment breakdown and maintenance strategies.
• Implement maintenance-improvement initiatives.
• Establish equipment PMs.
• Discuss equipment conditions with field operators.
• Track plant downtime and identify bad actors.
• Determine root causes of breakdowns.
• Participate in safety initiatives.
• Lead root cause failure investigations.
