People Operations Generalist

The People Operations Generalist works onsite at offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Provider Network Solutions Puerto Rico, whose work aims to improve access to and navigation of the healthcare ecosystem for patients and communities. The generalist leads full-cycle talent acquisition and contributes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, engagement, and development. The role strengthens people processes and employee experience as the organization develops its high-performance culture.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection
• develop talent attraction strategies
• manage vacancies through candidate onboarding
• partner with leaders on talent needs and profiles
• coordinate onboarding
• support wellness and engagement initiatives, benefits and payroll processes, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, performance management, and People Operations reporting.

Why this role
