What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, ambulation, exercises, and laundry according to the care plan. Take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• use equipment safely

• recognize emergencies
• document observations and report condition changes to the nurse supervisor.
