What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and disturbances
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and daily logs.
