Customer Account Representative — Order Management

Compensation is $19–$24 per hour. The Customer Account Representative — Order Management role is onsite in Cerritos, CA; Golden Star Technology provides IT and audiovisual solutions and services to businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions. The representative serves as the primary contact for a strategic customer account, coordinating order fulfillment and account activity. The role supports customer satisfaction and sales operations by processing orders, communicating status, resolving issues, and collaborating with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Process customer orders accurately with suppliers and distributors
• review pricing, terms, conditions, and delivery requirements
• manage backlog reports and open orders
• track quote logs and order activity
• process return merchandise authorizations
• respond to inquiries and provide order updates
• identify customer needs
• handle service and operational requests
• assist sales with requests for quotes and documentation
• collaborate to resolve order issues
• perform related customer service, administrative, and operational duties.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service, sales support, order management, business operations, or related experience. Supplier, distributor, procurement, order fulfillment, quoting, and high-volume data experience are preferred or a plus.
