CNC Lathe Operator, Second Shift

The CNC Lathe Operator, Second Shift role is onsite in Maple Grove, MN; pay is $23–$30 per hour. Atlas Staffing has partnered with a manufacturer of machined and assembled components using CNC technologies. The operator runs CNC multi-turret lathes and related production equipment, maintaining dimensional accuracy and product quality. The role includes loading materials, inspecting parts, interpreting blueprints, maintaining tooling and records, and following safety procedures on a Monday–Thursday, 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. schedule.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC multi-turret lathes and production equipment
• load raw materials and unload finished parts
• monitor performance and make minor offsets or adjustments
• inspect first-piece, in-process, and final parts using precision measuring tools
• read blueprints and work instructions
• replace tooling
• maintain coolant and lubrication
• keep production and quality records and a clean work area
• follow safety procedures.
