What you'll do

• Serve as the customer’s main contact after purchase-order award
• communicate progress, issues, change orders, and delivery timing
• maintain and update project schedules weekly
• track jobs through fabrication and finishing stages
• lead internal meetings and customer project reviews
• coordinate with production, engineering, and quality control to protect ship dates
• monitor materials, drawings, quality-control schedules, and vendor deliveries
• coordinate change orders and shipping logistics
• surface risks early
• maintain accurate project records.
