The Compassionate Home Caregiver role is onsite in White City, OR, providing in-home support to clients across the Rogue Valley. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Right at Home helps seniors and vulnerable adults remain safe and independent at home. The caregiver assists with personal care and daily activities, offers companionship, and follows individualized care plans to support clients’ comfort and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• give medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• supervise for safety
• follow care plans and document daily notes using a mobile app
• communicate with the office team.
