Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain facilities and buildings, including waste disposal and event or room setups and breakdowns
• perform lighting checks and replace bulbs or ballasts
• maintain doors, locks, and limited-access gates
• complete caulking, preparation, painting, minor carpentry, and plumbing maintenance
• clean pool, dumpster, and common areas
• collect trash and dog waste
• support the Lifestyle Director after normal business hours when asked
• participate in occasional on-call services.
