What you'll do

• Prepare year-end CPA requests with the Senior Controller
• complete month-end close and journal entries
• perform intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
• analyze job costs, completion percentages, and actual versus estimated hours
• learn and help improve processes in two ERP systems
• perform credit checks, 1099s, sales and use tax reporting, payroll backup, benefits reconciliations, and other accounting tasks and projects.
