What you'll do

• Prepare breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to recipes and production sheets
• assist with production planning
• complete production records and report supply shortages
• maintain food quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
• follow sanitation and safety standards
• clean equipment and work areas
• assist customers and relay concerns to supervisors.
