The Guest Services Concierge role is onsite on Skidaway Island near Savannah, GA, with weekday daytime hours. Pay is $23–$26 per hour based on experience, plus a monthly incentive bonus program. Dental Harbor is an independently owned dental practice focused on combining advanced technology with a comfortable, hospitality-centered guest experience. The concierge coordinates the guest journey from appointment scheduling and pre-visit communication through arrival and departure. By keeping schedules on track, preparing paperwork, handling payments and inquiries, and coordinating with the clinical team, the role helps make visits smooth, welcoming, and discreet.

What you'll do

• Manage appointments and the practice schedule
• contact guests before visits to welcome them, confirm appointments, and answer questions
• ensure electronic paperwork is complete
• greet and check in guests and manage their departure
• anticipate guest needs
• collect payments and explain treatment costs, insurance, and payment options
• respond to calls, texts, and emails
• coordinate with the dentist, hygienists, and assistants
• maintain reception and guest areas
• protect guest privacy and maintain accurate records.

Why this role
