Description
Hospice de la Luz is looking for PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN / LVN) to join our dedicated team to provide community-based care for our patients currently receiving home health services in the Santa Fe, NM region and surrounding areas. The primary function of the LPN is to provide nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients of all ages in their place of residence.
