What you'll do

• Hire, train, schedule, and review inventory team members
• direct daily team activities
• receive inbound freight and reconcile discrepancies
• assist with store operations when store or assistant managers are absent
• complete cycle counts
• support store cleanliness, cart retrieval, carry-outs, and hardgoods merchandising
• work with buyers on inventory issues
• communicate with support departments
• follow inventory processes
• prepare for fall and fiscal year-end inventory
• assist with seasonal display setup and teardown
• unload shipments
• receive merchandise using RF technology
• identify vendor variances
• unpack, price, reprice, and stock merchandise
• maintain paperwork and resolve inventory issues.
