Compensation is $18–$20 per year. The Center-Based Behavior Technician - Entry Level is an onsite role located in Norfolk, VA. This role exists to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. The technician implements individualized treatment plans, collects behavioral data, and assists clinicians in fostering communication and daily living skills to help children thrive.

- Provide 1:1 and group client care, follow behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols, collect and record data, assist with caregiver training, and maintain a safe therapy environment.
