Account Executive

What you'll do

• Manage customer relationships and execute the sales process for ISS products and services
• identify leads through methods including cold calling and networking
• develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
• manage the sales cycle using a consultative approach
• maintain customer communication and assess needs
• cross-sell training and technical services
• coordinate with technical personnel on service proposals
• use CRM and office productivity tools to manage pipeline and opportunities.

Why this role

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; standard hours may vary with manager approval. Minimal travel is required for conferences and trade events. Requires a technical or computer-related bachelor’s degree, or another bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, and at least two years of work experience. Not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship.
