The primary purpose of this role is to plan and prepare comprehensive work packages for maintenance departments and contractors. The planner coordinates with work management, supply, and engineering teams to resolve priorities, conduct field walk-downs, and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare work instructions and work packages for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Interface with Work Management, Supply, and Engineering to resolve priorities.
• Define procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials required for planned work.
• Conduct field walk-downs to analyze maintenance activities.
• Verify work instructions for adequacy and compliance.
• Assist in planned and forced outage coordination.
