Distribution Field Technician

What you'll do

• Map and inventory existing overhead and underground distribution systems in the field, supporting the design and providing input on system rebuilds and upgrades.
• Identify system and safety issues in electrical systems.
• Coordinate preconstruction meetings between clients and construction contractors.
• Perform construction inspections and spot checks to ensure construction meets design and safety standards.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

2-5 years of experience with electric overhead and underground distribution systems
