The Pharmacology Scientist / Senior Scientist role is onsite in Waltham, MA. Compensation is not specified. The scientist supports Biocytogen Boston’s preclinical research services and its CRO team working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical partners. The role combines hands-on in vivo, in vitro, and ex vivo research with project leadership. It develops and executes pharmacology studies and assays, communicates findings to clients and internal teams, and provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior researchers.

What you'll do

• Design animal models and conduct in vivo efficacy studies
• lead preclinical service projects
• perform animal handling, drug administration, sample collection, and PK/PD studies
• develop and perform in vitro and ex vivo assays
• use flow cytometry, ELISA, Western blot, qRT-PCR, and multiplex cytokine analyses
• present results and mentor junior associates.
