What you'll do

• Perform nutrition screenings and assessments

• provide patient and family education
• collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• support planning and implementation of therapeutic diets and IDDSI textures
• serve patient populations that may include inpatient, rehabilitation, outpatient, skilled nursing, and group education settings.
