What you'll do

  • Develop and implement lesson plans
  • establish a nurturing and inclusive classroom
  • supervise activities and ensure children’s safety and well-being
  • observe and assess development and adjust teaching approaches
  • communicate with families and collaborate with the Director and co-teachers
  • conduct bi-annual parent-teacher conferences
  • use Conscious Discipline techniques
  • perform physical tasks including lifting children or equipment and standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods.
