What you'll do

• Lead new-patient consultations from greeting through signed contract
• present treatment plans and address objections
• discuss payment plans
• track monthly starts and case acceptance
• follow up with no-shows and unconverted exams
• use practice software reporting to re-engage prospective patients
• coordinate referrals
• make post-appointment check-in calls
• help create social media content
• maintain HIPAA-compliant records
• participate in huddles and reviews.
