Procurement Specialist

The role works across internal teams and suppliers to support reliable procurement and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services
• prepare and maintain purchase orders and procurement documentation
• monitor supplier cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and contractual compliance
• lead or support commercial negotiations within established authority
• coordinate legal and contractual matters with management and Legal
• support supplier onboarding, qualification, and due diligence
• maintain vendor, purchase-order, and contract records
• partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management
• identify procurement and supplier-performance improvements.
