What you'll do

• Communicate with adjusters, insurance partners, and team members
• prepare, review, and update estimates using photos, measurements, plans, and project information
• track estimate turnaround, quality, and customer-service goals
• document change orders and estimate updates
• follow company, program, and insurance requirements
• support project documentation and collections.
