The Area Coach role is onsite in La Crosse, WI, with pay of $85,000–$100,000 per year. The position supports multiple quick-service restaurants and their Restaurant General Managers. The role exists to provide leadership and direct supervision so each restaurant meets or exceeds its annual operating plan. It contributes to performance across guest service, margins, employee satisfaction, food safety, product and facility standards, and the development of managerial employees.

What you'll do

• Lead and directly supervise multiple restaurants
• help Restaurant General Managers meet or exceed annual operating plans
• establish and review unit performance targets
• maintain food safety, product, and facility standards
• allocate capital budgets to priority facility needs
• introduce company products and initiatives
• select, train, develop, and motivate managers
• perform hands-on operational work as needed for training, urgent service needs, or role modeling.
