What you'll do

• Lead incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
• respond to clients and carriers and oversee associate breach-response work
• analyze state, federal, and international privacy laws
• draft breach notices, policies, procedures, and crisis communications
• respond to regulatory investigations and inquiries
• defend privacy lawsuits
• advise clients on incident handling and notification obligations
• oversee forensic investigations and third-party vendors
• prepare reports and legal budgets
• supervise junior team members.
