What you'll do

• Lead and oversee a primarily remote team handling escalations and daily Release of Information operations
• travel to assigned facilities for operational support, training, and client needs
• ensure requests are processed accurately and within service expectations
• monitor workflow quality, performance, confidentiality, invoicing, and compliance
• validate requests and authorize release of protected health information
• analyze operational results and improvement opportunities
• maintain facility and client relationships
• onboard, train, and coach team members
• support site readiness and secure records.
