Luxury Service Technician

Job overview

The Luxury Service Technician role is onsite in Los Angeles, California. Compensation is $31–$45 per hour. The technician works with O’GARA’s service department and dealership management to provide vehicle service and explain problems and proposed solutions to customers. The role performs preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and authorized repairs to keep customer vehicles operating properly. Clear repair documentation and coordination with service advisors and parts staff support accurate, timely service.

What you'll do

• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately
• coordinate with the Parts Department for needed parts
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• diagnose malfunctions and perform authorized repairs
• document concerns, causes, and corrections
• road-test vehicles as required
• monitor repair status and promised times
• return vehicles clean
• maintain tools and an organized workspace
• attend assigned training.
