The Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehab Nurse role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with a 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule. The pay range is $29.39–$48.20 per hour. The nurse assesses residents, develops and updates care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and delivers and documents nursing interventions. The role supports resident health and safety by monitoring changes in condition, communicating with physicians and care partners, and helping ensure care plans are carried out effectively.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs
• communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team
• document assessments and care plans
• develop and revise care plans with physicians, residents, families, and team members
• administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and promptly
• notify physicians using SBARR
• monitor care-plan delivery
• assist with call lights and activities of daily living
• maintain current nursing knowledge.

Why this role
