Job overview
The SNAP® Facilitator role is an onsite position located in Miami, FL. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports the community and social services mission of Lutheran Services Florida. This role exists to administer the SNAP® curriculum to parent or child groups during a 13-week cycle. The facilitator uses a strength-based perspective to help youth and families strengthen their lives, manage behaviors, and complete developmental milestones.
What you'll do
- Facilitate SNAP® curriculum within model fidelity.
- Participate in intake and assessment processes.
- Conduct weekly pre-briefing and de-briefing meetings.
- Support families in accessing community resources and teaching problem-solving skills.
