What you'll do

• Support day-to-day salon and spa operations
• organize schedules and conduct daily walkthroughs
• cultivate the company’s culture
• drive sales goals for services and products
• manage KPIs and P&L
• communicate responsibilities, expectations, and policies to team members
• perform opening and closing duties as needed
• prepare schedules and approve service schedule changes and time-off requests
• conduct sales audits, monitor sales data, and prepare bank deposits
• assist with recruitment and training
• maintain safety, maintenance, licensing, and health standards
• perform administrative tasks assigned by the General Manager.
