What you'll do

• Maintain maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment
• identify and correct hazardous property conditions
• maintain utility and sewer maps
• keep storage and work areas clean
• train and mentor maintenance staff
• conduct safety meetings and support HAZCOM compliance
• delegate and oversee service requests
• coordinate on-call and emergency maintenance rotations with the property manager
• perform and schedule preventive maintenance
• coordinate vendors
• conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• maintain records and submit reports
• support licensing and safety compliance.
