Compensation is $45,000–$65,000 per year. The IT Help Desk Technician I role is onsite in Fairfax, VA. The position supports internal and external users of Lenderworks’ mortgage services platform, including its IT and business systems. The technician provides front-line troubleshooting, user onboarding, hardware support, and documentation. This work helps users access the systems and equipment needed to support mortgage-service operations.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support through email, phone, and in person
• handle password resets, peripheral and device configurations, software installations, and hardware repair
• support Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe
• create accounts and provision equipment for new users
• image hardware
• maintain hardware inventory
• decommission and repair hardware
• escalate recurring or advanced issues
• document support
• troubleshoot Encompass.

Why this role

Two years’ corporate IT experience required. Rotating on-call schedule of one week every eight weeks; occasional night and weekend work may be required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and IT certifications are desired, not required.
