The manager coordinates inventory planning, supply chain execution, distribution, systems transactions, forecasting, and reporting. The role helps maintain accurate operations across internal teams, distribution partners, factories, and service providers, supporting business continuity and commercial decisions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate distribution partner operations, shipping notices, item creation, order management, inventory, and forecasting
• monitor shipping errors and inventory discrepancies
• manage logistics from factory to distribution center
• coordinate distributor order fulfillment and related purchase orders, timelines, shipping instructions, production updates, invoicing, and packing lists
• coordinate demand planning, forecasts, inventory projections, product and SKU setup, and product data
• oversee SAP activities and monitor EDI transactions and exceptions
• coordinate customer EDI onboarding and inventory feeds
• manage operational technology and service-provider relationships
• prepare sell-through analysis, inventory projections, budget allocations, and sales forecasts
• partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, E-commerce, international teams, and external partners to resolve issues and improve workflows.
