What you'll do

• Develop and manage an assigned territory
• identify new business sources
• meet with 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• cultivate prospects and cross-sell solutions
• pursue sales goals and close opportunities
• attend client review meetings with the Customer Relationship Manager and seek introductions and sales references
• drive regularly to client and prospective-client locations throughout the territory.
